I purchased my second bottle of OPI Nail Envy. I loved the first bottle. This second bottle is so different. It honestly does nothing for my nails. The first bottle was amazing and hardened my nails and made them grow. This second bottle is very thin, feels watered down. I’ve tried it past few weeks but my nails are peeling and short. So strange. Could there be something wrong with my second bottle? I do not have a receipt to return it to CVS where I bought it. I wish I had one like the first bottle. It reads OPI 525711. NT T80 on bottom. Maybe it’s old? Or not nail envy in the bottle? Thank you. Lisa

have a bottle of OPI nail polish I bought at giant eagle in wexford for 9.00. This nailpolish is gummy and dried out??? it goes on uneven and doesnt dry properly, so after 2 or 3 hours its still tacky and gets dents and nicks etc, hence a big mess and expensive to just toss away. I have applied one thin coat, waited and then applied another. I have also applied one thicker coat to see if it would set and not applied another coat and it does not. its in the color "Oh My Majesty". I bought it about a month ago and the store will not return it. what can I do? send it back to your company? as we all know OPI isnt inexpensive and for this nailpolish to be like this its very disappointing. thank you please let me know what I can do--Ive had other OPI that I have had for YEARS and it never performed like this
ReplyDeleteBought a bottle of OPI infinite shine only to find out when you aaply the color (red) a blue street comes through. Emailed the company and the said to add 10 drops of OPI nail thinner! R they kidding ? This was a $13 bottle of polish. I bought out of state and with COVID can’t take back. They said they do t have any system in place to credit me or send coupons or any resolution. Extremely upset and will never but OPI products again. Terrible customer service!
