  1. ive had numerous problems with direct,express from them not shutting down an lost card properly when reported because of this money was stolen out of my account even thlugg i asked for the card to be shut down numerous times.to them faulung to properly srnd put an replacement card ut took an whole month ans going through my venifits office to finaly get an new one.to,them lieing and,failing to send oyt requested documents needed to get money stolen our of my account returned ....i suggest using an entirely different card company ..bot to mention the staff are rude talk over you and are untruthful when yiu contact them about things you need

  2. Needs to be an easier way to dispute a transaction. Should be able to do it from your account history screen. When you highli/select the charge you wish to dispute, you are given a chance to explain why you are disputing the item. Then it can be submitted.If they have questions, they can email or call you. I myself have a duplicte erroneous charge of $23 and change. Can't afford that. I am terminally ill. I call and call and get disconnected. Please help. My contact is mtno04@hotmail.com. thank you.

  4. I paid my electric bill for 234.00 on 02/02/2018.
    I was deducted for three other payments for the same amount.
    When I called they said I’d have to wait 40 to 80 days from the time the electric company collects it so they can dispute it.
    I said I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income.
    I need to pay my rent and prescriptions not to mention food and other bills.
    I want this money put back into my account immediately or I am going on Facebook twitter and contacting our local news who gets results for people like myself.

    I only owe 234 and am paid in ful for my electric
