  1. I ordered a jumpsuit from your company. I return as it still haven't recieived credit for the order. Re-ordered the jumpsuit in the propper size & was sent something I didn't order. There is no working phone number for this company.
    I need HELP !!!!

  3. I ordered a jumpsuit and returned it over a month ago and have yet to receive a refund I have contacted you guys you guys said to give you guys a month to process my return it has been over a month now and I have yet to hear from you guys and all your numbers have been disconnected

  4. I just spent an outrageous amount of money to ensure I got my order delivered within a few days, even though I had more than a week until the event I needed the item for. I know how nonchalant this company can be with efficiency.
    Issue Number One: Their website does not show you a state to proofread before placing your order, only the City and Zip. Nor in your confirmation email. I only noticed the wrong state had been selected after it had been shipped and I began to track my parcel through the third party's website.
    Additionally: When I messaged Nasty Gal Customer Service about this problem, they never even addressed my question! Literally, they sent back, "waiting for a parcel is hard...but be patient!"
    Issue Number Two: Again, after paying a ridiculous amount for expedited shipping, I'm still waiting on my package. Seven days later. From what I read through my tracking info, it stayed in one US city for more than two days...just sitting. I don't expect customer service to address this query either.
    Remember, be patient! And, no, I will not be able to wear this item for what I purchased it for.

  8. I have been trying to contact Nasty Gal for over a month now about a return. I have returned my items and have not received credit or any further information. This is terrible customer service and essentially illegal. Not a happy customer to say the least. Please get back to me ASAP.
