ReplyDeleteI have been trying to get thru to customer service for 2 days. I called today at 8:00 AM CST and have been on hold for 1 hour as I was yesterday. I am potentially a new customer and have questions that I need answered. I am concerned that it seems impossible to have someone that I can speak with when I call.
