    inform you about the refund against the cancellation of two Spicejet flights PNR M7F39F and FGM3KH. The airlines has clearly notified that the refund has been processed on their part to the booking agency- travel boutique online. The flights had been cancelled on 18th March,2020 and Spicejet Airlines had offered a full refund for both the cancellations. I would request you to look into the matter and process the refund at the earliest. Provided alongwith is an email from Spicejet.
