I purchased my first Chanel bag 2 weeks ago from KEEKS in Plano, TX the next morning I left town for a family emergency. The morning after I returned home I took the keeks bag with my Chanel bag back into Keels to return and because I no longer had the card I used when purchasing then bag I had to resell the bag. Even though my name is on the receipt and I had to show my I.D when I bought the bag they said they could not put the refund on my new bank card. I was not aware of how poor the condition of the bag was until I saw a woman with the same bag which she had for 5 years and the condition was completely different and way nicer than the bag I bought. I was told I would have to take a $600.00 loss so on a $2400.00 bag I would get $1800.00 back. Fine I said. The next morning I get a call saying they are going to pass on the bag due to the condition and oder. I not one time pulled the purse out of the Keeks shopping bag. I was completely flabbergasted and frustrated. I was returning the bag because I learned that the condition was bad and I was played a sucker. They tried telling me the corners were to used. Yeah I know that is how they sold it to me for $2400.00! The manager said well you know you got a 10% discount. Are you serious? Wow! They were calling me a liar while lying to me. That bag was in the exact same condition I bought it PERIOD! I wouldn't take that bag back either if I had finally found a sucker dumb enough to buy it if I was crooked that is. I said I want to speak with the corporate office she said that PERSON was not available so she gave me an email. What there is just one person who works at the corporate office and no phone number. Are you seeing how crooked this experience i had with this store was now. I honestly thought I was purchasing a lightly used Chanel bag they knew it was way more than lightly used. I will not stop reporting this experience because I was treated so badly and taken for a lot of money and if feel heartbroken. I wanted a Chanel bag for years and for this to be my experience it is really sad. Reporting to the BBB now.
