I was mistreated at one of your branchs by the manager called thato at fourways mall,he was soo rude and he refused to refund me an item i bought seven days ago it was still in the original pack n not used ,i was asked to present the debit card i used when purchasing and i didn't have the card with me he refused to refund me coz apparently he needs to check my bank card
